Balanced XLR input sockets like in a recording studio and RCA/Chinch input sockets with level control. The amplifier stages are directly coupled, that is, without capacitors or coils in the signal path. JFET input stages and MOSFET driver stages serve a total of 24 of the 15 amp, bipolar 60 MHz output transistors.
The large encapsulated power transformer has an output of 1.5 kVA and offers its own secondary winding per channel to avoid crosstalk between the channels. The complex power supply contains more than 98,000 uF of filter capacitors to supply pulse peaks in music or cinema sound with unbridled power.
