The 17 Ultra R|Evolution represents the next step in subwoofer design, both for ported and sealed enclosures, creating an outstanding combination by incorporating the brand new 17" long-throw driver, dual 8" voice coil and the innovative mono STA-2800D amplifier.

The SVS PB-17 Ultra Revolution uses a 17-inch driver on the front, which is supported by three bass reflex ports with a diameter of 4 inches. There is an OLED display on the back of the amplifier. This allows easy control of the most important functions and is even more user-friendly with the "Display Flip" function. At the same time, the extra-thick ABS grille frame, which is equipped with a fabric cover, guarantees optimal protection of the driver and contributes to its longevity.

The robust medium-density fiberboard (MDF) cabinet features internal bracing to ensure resonance-free performance at maximum volume. Screw-in iso-elastomer feet reduce noise and improve the stability of the subwoofer.

In terms of dimensions, the unit measures 63.5 cm in height, 55.0 cm in width and 74.4 cm in depth including the grille. Without the grille, the depth is 72.3 cm. The transport dimensions are 76.7 cm in height, 69.8 cm in width and 97.6 cm in depth. The subwoofer itself weighs 74.7 kg, while the total weight when transported is 84.4 kg.
