KRIX KX MEGAPHONIX CENTER InWall

The KRIX KX MEGAPHONIX CENTER InWall speaker was developed specifically for use in dedicated home theaters and features high power handling and highly sensitive drivers. Ideal for non-acoustically transparent screens, this slim speaker can be mounted discreetly under the screen or in custom joinery.

The 255mm woofer has a 50mm voice coil and is designed to have low harmonic distortion, particularly in the critical midrange. The paper cone and surround of the woofer were developed to ensure the most consistent reproduction possible.

The tweeter is a specially damped, high-performance, doped 26mm fabric dome tweeter that is coupled to Krix's proprietary waveguide to ensure consistently optimal dispersion of 90 degrees horizontally and 40 degrees vertically across the entire bandwidth. The combined treble range is exceptionally smooth and well controlled - a new benchmark in loudspeaker reproduction.

The KX Megaphonix Center cabinet is braced and critically damped to enhance bass response. It also comes with a black grille and back key hooks for easy installation.
